1. Credential Manager
The Given Hosting are Control and Owned by Dalvi Digital Solutions. Which are not been transfer to another.
None of the Credential Manager are Created for Customer operational Purposed.
Any Editing or Update required Dalvi Digital Support that we Provide to our End Customer.
2. Security
For Security we won’t allow any 3rd Party Person to Poke or Interface on our Server Space.
3. DNS Cost
Only DNS Domain Name System should be Purchases by Customer End.
4. Renewal Cost.
Please be advised that the server cost may change in the event of any increase in server pricing, which could impact your renewal cost.
We will notify you of any changes in advance to ensure full transparency and help you plan accordingly.
5. Payment Terms:
For Outside Mumbai Area’s Customer: 70% of the total project cost is to be paid upfront at the time of initiating the website development process.
The remaining 50% of the payment is required after the website development is completed and approved by the client.
For Mumbai Area’s Connected Customer: 50% of the total project cost is to be paid upfront at the time of initiating the website development process. The remaining 50% of the payment is required after the website development is completed and approved by the client.
6. No Credit Policy:
All payments must be made as per the above schedule. No credit will be extended, and full payment is required before the final delivery of the website.
7. Return Policy
1. No Refund Policy:
Once the product or service is under development, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Project Initiation:
The development process officially begins after the initial payment is made and the project scope is agreed upon by both parties. At this point, the no-refund policy is in effect.
3. Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled by the client after the development has begun, no portion of the payment will be returned, and the client remains responsible for any outstanding balance.
4. Non-Transferable:
The payment made towards development is non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other projects or services.

8. Terms and Conditions for DNS (Domain Name System) Management
1. Customer Ownership of DNS:
– The Domain Name System (DNS) is fully owned and managed by the customer. Dalvi Digital Solutions does not hold any responsibility for the ownership or renewal of the DNS.
2. Customer Responsibility for Renewal:
– It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the DNS is renewed within the specified and intimated renewal period. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the domain.
3. No Liability for Non-Renewal:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions is not responsible for any issues, losses, or disruptions arising from the failure of the customer to renew the DNS on time. This includes but is not limited to the loss of domain ownership, downtime, or interruptions in service.
4. Renewal Intimation:
– While Dalvi Digital Solutions may send reminders as a courtesy, it remains the customer’s sole responsibility to track and renew the DNS within the given time.
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will send renewal reminders 30 days and 15 days before the DNS expiration date as a courtesy. However, the responsibility for timely renewal remains solely with the customer.
9. Terms and Conditions for DNS (Domain Name System) Ownership and Management
1. Transfer of DNS Ownership to Dalvi Digital Solutions:
If the customer wishes not to manage the DNS themselves, they may transfer DNS ownership to Dalvi Digital Solutions. In such cases, Dalvi Digital Solutions will handle and manage the DNS on behalf of the customer.
2. Responsibility for DNS Management:
Once the DNS ownership is transferred, Dalvi Digital Solutions will take responsibility for renewing and managing the DNS. The customer will no longer need to handle DNS-related tasks.
3. No Responsibility for Website Content:
Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be responsible for any content, images, or issues arising from the website, even if the DNS is managed by us. The customer remains fully responsible for all website-related matters, including the legality and accuracy of the content displayed.
4. Limitations of Liability:
While we will manage the DNS as per standard procedures, Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, interruptions, or losses related to website content, functionality, or third-party services. By transferring DNS ownership to Dalvi Digital Solutions, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
10. Terms and Conditions for Hosting Management
1. Hosting Ownership:
– The hosting service is owned and managed solely by Dalvi Digital Solutions. We will not provide hosting login credentials to the customer or any third party under any circumstances.
2. Access for Website Editing:
– If the customer requires access to manage content on platforms such as WordPress or Wix, Dalvi Digital Solutions may provide a separate user ID (UID) and password exclusively for editing purposes. This access will be limited to the content management system (CMS) and will not grant access to the hosting control panel.
3. Responsibility for Editing Issues:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be held responsible for any issues, errors, or disruptions that occur as a result of the customer’s edits or modifications made through the provided CMS access.
4. Hosting Management:
– All technical aspects of hosting, including security, maintenance, and backups, will be handled by Dalvi Digital Solutions. The customer’s role will be limited to content management within the provided access scope. By using our hosting services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
11. Terms and Conditions for Customer-Owned Hosting and DNS Management
1. Customer or Third-Party Ownership of Hosting and DNS:
– In cases where the customer provides their own hosting or DNS, or if these services are managed by a third party, Dalvi Digital Solutions will offer support, maintenance, and troubleshooting as per the agreed-upon terms.
2. Limited Responsibility for Hosting and DNS:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will manage and provide technical support for the customer’s hosting and DNS as outlined in the
agreement. However, we are not responsible for any security breaches, fraud, or hacking incidents on the provided platforms.
3. No Liability for Security Issues:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be held liable for any losses or damages, including data breaches, fraud, or hacking, that occur on the customer’s hosting or DNS platforms. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate security measures are in place.
4. No Liability for Business Losses:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses to the customer’s business or any third-party transactions, proposals, or dealings that may result from issues related to hosting, DNS, or website management.

1. Purchase of Professional Email IDs:
– Professional email IDs provided by Dalvi Digital Solutions are purchased from domain providers and are subject to payment. Dalvi Digital Solutions is not responsible for any issues related to spam, hacking, or illegal activities conducted through these email accounts.
2. Email Security and Usage:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be responsible for spam emails, hacking incidents, or any issues arising from illegal use of the customer’s email account. Additionally, we are not liable for any unknown links or suspicious emails sent from the customer’s account by third parties.
3. Support and Configuration:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions will provide support for the initial configuration and setup of professional email IDs. However, we do not store or maintain any records of login credentials (usernames or passwords).
4. Business Use Only:
– Customers are required to use the provided professional email IDs for legitimate business purposes only. Any illegal or unlawful activities conducted through the email accounts are strictly prohibited.
5. Responsibility for Illegal Activity:
– If any illegal activity, such as the sending of fraudulent or criminal emails, is conducted through the customer’s email account, Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be held responsible. The customer will be fully accountable for such actions.
6. Collaboration with Authorities:
– In the event of illegal activities conducted via the customer’s email, Dalvi Digital Solutions reserves the right to cooperate fully with Cyber Crime authorities or the Police. We may assist in investigations and share necessary information as required.
7. Termination of Services:
– If illegal activity is detected or reported, Dalvi Digital Solutions may take immediate action, including the removal of the customer’s website and the deactivation of the associated email IDs. In such cases, we will notify the nearest police station of the incident.

16. Terms and Conditions for Fishing Website Management

– In the event that fraudulent or illegal activities are detected or reported, Dalvi Digital Solutions reserves the right to contact local authorities and cooperate with investigations. This includes providing relevant information as needed.
5. Termination of Services:
– Dalvi Digital Solutions reserves the right to terminate the services provided to the customer if it is determined that they are using the website for fraudulent activities or in violation of these terms.

17.Terms and Conditions for Termination of Website and Email ID Services
