DNS Services and Website Services Terms and Conditions

  • Domain Name Purchase Recommendation
  1. Customer Purchase: We recommend that customers purchase their Domain Name System (DNS) with their own name to maintain full control and ownership.
  2. Support for DNS Purchase: If a customer does not wish to purchase their own DNS, Dalvi Digital Solutions offers support to facilitate the purchase of the DNS on behalf of the customer.
  3. Service Fees: A service fee will apply for the support provided by Dalvi Digital Solutions in purchasing the DNS. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of the service.
  4. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the DNS purchase and will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the purchase process.
  5. Ownership and Transfer: Once the DNS is purchased, the ownership will be transferred to the customer, and Dalvi Digital Solutions will have no further liability regarding the management of the DNS.
  • DNS Renewal Notification
  1. Customer Notification: Dalvi Digital Solutions will notify the customer when their DNS renewal fees are due. Notifications will be sent via email or another agreed-upon method.
  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the renewal fees are paid on time to maintain the continuity of their DNS services.
  3. Non-Responsibility for Non-Payment: If the customer fails to pay the DNS renewal fees by the due date, Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be responsible for any disruption or loss of DNS services. The customer will bear any consequences resulting from non-payment, including possible loss of the domain name.
  4. Service Fees for Renewal Assistance: If a customer requests assistance with DNS renewal, a service fee may apply. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer in advance.
  • Website Renewal Notification
  1. Renewal Notification: Dalvi Digital Solutions will notify the customer regarding the upcoming website renewal 30 days in advance. Notifications will be sent at four intervals within this period to ensure the customer is well-informed.
  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely payment for the website renewal to maintain the continuity of their website services.
  3. Non-Renewal Consequence: If the customer fails to renew the website by the due date, the website will be closed. Dalvi Digital Solutions will not be responsible for any disruption or loss of services resulting from non-renewal.
  4. Service Fees for Renewal Assistance: If a customer requests assistance with the website renewal process, a service fee may apply. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Website Hosting and Handling of UID and Password

  1. Hosting Credentials: Dalvi Digital Solutions does not provide hosting UID and Password to customers as these credentials belong to Dalvi Digital Cloud Space.
  2. Website Login Credentials: We may provide website login UID and Password to customers upon request for purposes such as editing blog posts.
  3. Customer Responsibility: If any issues arise after the customer has been given the website login credentials (such as website downtime, hacking, or other problems), Dalvi Digital Solutions is not responsible for any resulting damages or disruptions.
  4. Service Fees for Issue Resolution: If a customer experiences issues and requests assistance from Dalvi Digital Solutions to rectify them, service fees may apply. The fee amount will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Fees and Payment Terms

  1. Deposit Requirement: To initiate the creation of any website, the customer must pay at least 60% of the total project cost upfront as a deposit.
  2. Final Payment: The remaining 40% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the work. This final payment is non-refundable.
  3. Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial 60% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the accepted payment methods specified by Dalvi Digital Solutions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INDIA]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [INDIA].
